"Top tier Melbourne accommodation! You are literally 3 minutes walk to Crown Casino, Southbank restaurants, and the river. The Level 54 indoor pool is something out of a 6-star resort. The apartment itself has the most comfortable beds, sparkling clean bathrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Will definitely stay here again every time we come to Melbourne."

The location was perfect, with shopping and other attractions within walking distance, and having a coles right across the road was a godsend. "Absolutely outstanding stay — without a doubt one of the best Airbnb experiences my family and I have ever had in Australia. The apartment is located on the 39th floor above the Ritz-Carlton in Melbourne CBD, and the views were breathtaking both day and night. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the CBD, yet the apartment still felt peaceful, private, and luxurious. The furniture and interior quality were exceptional, comfortable, and very well maintained. The apartment was also extremely clean and had absolutely everything we needed: free secure parking, tea and coffee, coffee machine, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and all the small details that made the stay perfect for a family. What truly made this stay special was the host. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. He even prepared treats and snacks for my kids. "The building is very modern, located on a main thoroughfare with numerous shopping malls. There are many restaurants nearby, so it's convenient whether you're cooking in the apartment or eating out. The only drawback was that there was a heating malfunction on the first day. Fortunately, the host dealt with it quickly, and the next day, they even delivered a brand-new heater as an emergency measure."

The apartment was exactly as described, and we loved the amenities and the building itself. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and within Melbourne's Free Tram Zone, which made getting around very convenient. The washing machine, dryer, and heater all worked perfectly, which made our stay very enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels and linen were all clean and fresh. The only minor thing we noticed was that the kitchen could have been a little fresher, as there were a few oil splatters on the wall near the stovetop and a slight cooking smell. It didn't affect our stay at all. Overall, everything else was excellent, and we would happily stay here again."
