How many guests can stay at Havenly Escape?
Havenly Escape sleeps up to 6 guests. There are two queen bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, making it perfect for families, groups and extended work teams.
Is the apartment suitable for longer stays and work trips?
Absolutely. The apartment has a full kitchen with everything needed for self-catering, a dedicated study nook, ultra-fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Many guests stay for weeks at a time. Discounted rates for longer stays may be available — just enquire through Airbnb.
How close is it to Southern Cross Station?
Havenly Escape is located in West Side Place, directly opposite Southern Cross Station — approximately a 90-second walk from your apartment door to the station entrance. From there you can catch the SkyBus to Melbourne Airport (around 30 minutes), regional trains, or metro services.
Which building amenities are included?
As a guest you have access to the shared facilities at West Side Place, which include a heated 38-degree infinity pool, fully equipped gym, sauna, golf simulator, rooftop BBQ terrace, garden lounge, club lounge and 24-hour concierge. Subject to building access rules.
How does check-in work?
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Check-in is self-managed using a secure key safe. Detailed instructions are sent a day before arrival. Early check-in is available at $35 per hour, and late check-out at $35 per hour — both subject to availability and must be arranged in advance through Airbnb.
Is parking available?
The apartment does not include a dedicated parking space. There are multiple Wilson Parking facilities within a 2-minute walk of West Side Place. Many guests find they do not need a car at all given the building's proximity to public transport.
Is the apartment suitable for children?
Yes. The apartment is family-friendly with plenty of space across two bedrooms and a living area. The kitchen, laundry and building facilities make it comfortable for families with young children.
How do bookings and payments work?
Bookings are made through Airbnb and all payments are handled securely by Airbnb's platform. This gives you Airbnb's standard guest protections, including their rebooking guarantee. For enquiries about longer stays or special requests, message via Airbnb before booking.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately Havenly Escape is not pet-friendly. This is a building-wide rule at West Side Place.
